Material assemblies, junctions, lighting, services, and consultant input are integrated before site work begins in earnest.

02 · Concept

Alternatives are tested until the strongest logic remains.

Massing, plan, section, and atmosphere are refined through drawings and working models, making the project’s priorities legible early.

04 · Site

Observation continues until the building settles into use.

Site visits, mock-ups, contractor coordination, and handover support protect the clarity of the design through occupation.

Every project cadence is adjusted to the site, the client, and the build system.

The template stays consistent, but no two commissions move through it with the same weight.
